Welcome to our digital storefront and booking portal. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or reserving a stay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General Store & Digital Terms

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use this website, purchase any items, or book a stay.

• Accuracy: We endeavor to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders if information is incorrect.

2. Accommodation Bookings & Capacity

• Adults Only: The venue is strictly an adults-only (18+) facility. No additional guests or visitors are permitted on-site without prior written approval.

• Use of Space: The studio is provided strictly for private accommodation, remote work, and personal play. Commercial filming, photography, or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited unless a specific commercial contract is signed.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Bespoke Bookings: Due to the exclusive, high-demand, and secluded nature of our sanctuary, all cancellations, booking modifications, or refund requests are on request only.

• Review Process: Any request to cancel or reschedule must be submitted in writing via our Contact page. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on notice given and our ability to re-book the dates.

4. Care of Equipment, Security Deposit & Property

• Security Deposit: A temporary credit card hold (security bond) is required prior to or at check-in. This hold will be released entirely post-departure, subject to a property inspection.

• Liability for Damage: Guests are expected to treat the structural space and all specialized adult play equipment with absolute care. The booking guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage, breakages, or specialized cleaning required beyond standard turndown services.

• Safety & Support: We provide on-site advice and first-aid resources for your peace of mind. However, guests engage with all on-site amenities and equipment entirely at their own risk.

5. Privacy, Non-Disclosure & Conduct

• Mutual Discretion: We operate on a foundation of absolute privacy. We will never share your personal data, booking details, or identity. Conversely, guests agree to respect the privacy and location discretion of the property.

• Noise & Community: While our sanctuary is designed for deep immersion and seclusion, guests must maintain a respectful noise level that does not disturb the peace of neighboring properties or surrounding local council areas.
